House Rules & Important Notes
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM please respect our neighbors.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the apartment, balcony or common areas. A $600 penalty will apply automatically and be billed to guests upon any information that there is smoke odor coming from the apt.
No parties or unregistered guests allowed. A $500 fee will be charged for excessive noise complaints.
Do not use hair dye or apply suntan oils/lotions inside the apartment.Any staining to furniture or tiles will incur a $200-1000 cleaning/replacement fee.
Under no conditions will refunds be issued due to temporary utility disruptions or power outages, which are occasionally part of the island experience. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any interruptions.
Guest Responsibilities
We ask that any issues or damage be reported via Airbnb no later than the first night of your stay. This gives us the opportunity to resolve it promptly. No refunds will be issued for concerns not reported during the first night or not communicated through the Airbnb platform.
Keys/Beeper/Fob/Wristlet
Items are to remain in the possession of the primary guest at all times during the stay. The keys should never be replicated or left out of the care of the primary guest.

Plumbing
The plumbing system in the building is very sensitive. Please refrain from flushing any toilet paper ir any other sanitary items, baby wipes etc.
Any cost incurred to resolve clogged toilet or other plumbing issue or extra cleaning in the apt will be billed to guest. Extra cleaning of $200 will be charged to guest in addition to damage or issue cost incurred by host/owner of the apt.
Compliance
Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement. The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.

Guests have private access to the entire apartment. Check-in is self-service via a digital lock. Only one set of keys, beach fob/wristlet and beeper provided. Loss of keys will be billed at $300. Loss of beeper will be billed at $300. Loss of fob/wristlet will be billed at $100.
